Authorities quickly evacuated the mall and launched an investigation. Police confirmed that one man was injured in the shooting and was taken to Wynn Hospital for treatment. However, he has reportedly been uncooperative with investigators.
Not a Random Attack, Suspect Still at Large

While the shooter remains on the run, New Hartford Town Supervisor Paul Miscione reassured the public that this was not a random act of violence.
“We don’t know the motive yet, but law enforcement is reviewing every security camera to track down the suspect,” Miscione said.
Although authorities insist this is not an active shooter situation, they continue to urge locals to stay away from the area as the investigation unfolds.
