According to the prosecutors, the girl started to feel “weird” in the evening and then lost consciousness before she could control her body. In the post office, Jean is said to have touched her while she was weak, and then he and the other two men carried her outside to a mail truck.

Soon after the 911 call, police came and found Alcala and Chou in the driver’s seats, refusing to open the back of the truck. From inside, police heard banging and cries for help. Jean finally came out, but his trousers were undone. Inside, the victim was found lost and her trousers were undone.
Along with the kidnapping charges she already had with Alcala and Chou, Jean is now being charged with attempted rape, sexual abuse, and touching someone against their will. The New York State Supreme Court has charged all three guys.
