Keene, NH – A New Hampshire grocery store food contaminating social media content creator was arrested by police on Friday, February 21, for allegedly contaminating food with her urine while filming the act.
Police arrested 23-year-old Kelli Tedford after receiving an anonymous tip about “disturbing” videos that she had posted online. According to the Keene Police Department, one of the clips showed Tedford deliberately contaminating food at a local business.
Grocery Store Acts Quickly
The incident took place at the Monadnock Food Co-Op on February 10. After being alerted by police, the store immediately reviewed security footage, removed all affected products, and sanitized the area.
“We reached out to customers who may have purchased at-risk items,” the store said in a statement. “No fresh produce, meat, seafood, prepared foods, or refrigerated products were affected.”
Tedford has been charged with criminal mischief, which is a Class B felony, according to authorities.

As the investigators continued, they found more videos that indicate Tedford might have committed similar crimes in Keene and other surrounding communities since 2021. The police are still going through the evidence.
Store Makes Recall and Suffers Financial Loss
The grocery store has issued a voluntary recall for certain dry goods purchased between February 10 and February 15, including raw walnuts, organic red quinoa, and organic oatmeal. The contamination resulted in over $1,500 in losses from destroyed merchandise and cleaning expenses.
Legal Proceedings Ahead
Tedford was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on April 7 in the 8th Circuit Court in Keene.
The authorities are advising those who bought recalled products or are in doubt to call the store.
